The high-voltage battery connectors were destroyed, rendering the car powerless. Despite its sorry state, we saw its potential to become the ultimate police interceptor.
The Rebuild Journey
Transforming this Tesla was no easy feat. We started by addressing the extensive damage:
•Exterior Repairs: The bumper, headlights, fenders, and undercarriage panels were replaced, restoring the car’s sleek profile. The doors, previously damaged and removed, were reinstalled with reinforced hinges.
•Interior Restoration: The dashboard, center console, and main screen were rebuilt from scratch. Wiring issues were resolved, and a fully functional police monitor was added.
•High-Voltage Battery Repair: The battery’s damaged connectors and locking mechanisms were replaced and recalibrated, ensuring the car could deliver its unmatched performance.
