Parts Manager

Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and issue auto parts and consumables.
  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain warehouse documentation and stock records.
  • Organize proper storage and placement of parts in the warehouse.
  • Ensure timely completion of parts orders for technicians.
  • Participate in inventory audits and stock control procedures.
  • Communicate with suppliers and manage incoming part deliveries.
  • Work with inventory databases and warehouse management software. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse/parts manager, preferably in the auto repair industry.
  • Knowledge of auto parts and basic logistics principles.
  • Confident PC user; experience with inventory systems is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and as part of a team.
