I had a minor accident and decided to bring my car to TSK for repairs. I’m so glad I did, because the experience exceeded all my expectations. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my Tesla Plaid looks even better than the day I first got it! With excellent prices and top-notch service, TSK truly stands out.
TSK just became my new place for servicing my Model 3. They replaced my control arms and saved me over $900. The tech walked me through the repairs, showed me work areas, and explained everything clearly—no upselling, no BS, just honest advice.
Here is my like to TSKGreat guys ! I’m really happy to find these place !Brought my non drivable car with smashed rear end , and they called me to confirm pickup time of my car less than in a week ! In a days they fixed body and suspension , made alignment , they also made good detailing and cleaned up whole car for free ( after accident coffee was everywhere).
Very disappointed.I Really wanted to have a good experience with this shop, as I’d heard of them in the past, I know they do great custom work with Teslas and they obviously know their stuff. I almost bought one of their TSK hats when I was there dropping my car off but decided to wait until the repairs were done. Glad I waited.I have a 2020 Model X performance and had a battery fault at 82k miles. It has a branded title, so no warranty on the battery. I brought it to Tesla to fully inspect and re-certify the battery 2 months ago, but it still failed.I brought it to TSK to repair the battery, as their website talks up and down about how they do repairs down to the component level, blah, blah, BS.They brought my car in, did some basic tests on it and when they found it wasn’t something simple, they said the entire battery pack had to be replaced for the price of $15k. That would simply be a used pack installed and it would take 3 weeks.About the old pack being unfixable, they gave some lame excuses, but they were just that; excuses.I know exactly what it was, they could either spend 3-4 days working on my car to pull the battery pack, diagnose what was wrong, replace the faulty components, charge me 4-5k and profit 2.5-3k.Either that or they could sell me a used pack, spend less than a day swapping the pack and profit 5k by charging me 15k.That’s fine, you are busy and you won’t make as much money by fixing my pack over selling me a used one. I get it, you want to make more money. That is fine, but don’t screw over your customers in the process. If you have zero intention in repairing packs vs swapping them, then just say that. Don’t waste my time and potentially money, by ripping off your customers by saying replacement is the only option.I had the car towed to a shop in Pasadena who repaired the pack in less than a week, along with some other work, all for $4,500 and a warranty on their work.TSK- do better.::Edit::Addressing the owner's response to my review, I understand his position and where he is coming from. That being said, there are inconsistencies with his response vs my experience.Before having my car towed in to TSK, I had called and asked if they do repairs on the batteries for my 2020 Model X Performance vehicle. I was told that yes they do, their website notes that they do and I had no reason to think otherwise. Upon getting my car towed in and them looking at my vehicle, they shared that the only option they would offer is replacement.I was called by the manager after they read my reviews, asking what they could do to have my change the rating. I voiced my concerns and the reasons why I left the rating that I did. The manager proceeded to tell me that although they do battery repairs, there are certain models and years that they simply do not work on the batteries and mine was one of those. If this was the case, then that is what they should have told a potential customer when they call in to verbatimly "Do you repair the batteries on a 2020 MXP?". That was never conveyed though, but instead I was told to bring it in. Once my car was in their shop, I as quoted a used battery to be swapped in that was only 10% less than the cost of a rebuilt battery by Tesla that had a 5 year/ 50k mile warranty on it.If they don't do repairs on Model X (or S since they are the same battery and drive systems) then that only leaves the Model 3 and Y. Those vehicles have an almost 0% failure rate with the batteries, as even noted by them in the YouTube video, so there would not be the need to ever repair those batteries.The above only leads to one conclusion, in that they do not repair batteries. Even in their "Tesla Battery Repair" video, buried 7:30 in, they state "we still do not repair batteries, we replace them".Remove all the references about battery repair, and do not say it is something you do on the phone when called, if it is not a service that you offer.

I went to TSK to get my car fixed after an accident, (i found out about them on Instagram). They took me in quickly and handled everything with my car from start to finish. The manager was friendly and clearly explained the damage and what needed to be done. They got my car back to perfect condition. Amazing!!! I took my model x to get repaired, and the everything was perfect. My car looks brand new. The repairs look flawless and the customer service is just as amazing. Had a fender bender and came here on a recommendation. I’ll tell you that the recommendation was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. Their team is super friendly and attentive and took care of every single need I had and the detail to which they fixed my car was amazing. The car looks better now than the day I drove it off of the lot. Great prices and great service just can’t be beat! If I could give more than 5 stars I would but without a doubt if you want a 5 star job then this is the place for you to bring your car for your needs!
