Yes, we offer towing services for your convenience. We’ll pick up your Tesla from your location and deliver it to our repair facility. Once the repairs are complete, we can also deliver it back to you if needed.
We have a couple of loaner cars, but they are available on a first-come basis. If loaner cars are unavailable, we can also assist you with setting up a rental.
Tesla electric vehicles are recommended to be serviced every 12,500 miles (20,000 km) or once a year whichever comes first.
