Wow! My car looks better than when I bought it. I only wanted a new high voltage battery for my 3LR, but they detailed it too. OK, my car looked like hell after 162k miles and was covered with mud after northern Saskatchewan. And my wheel covers were cracked or missing, but they must have taken pity on me and did a great job, even replacing my wheel covers.
Apparently, you're not supposed to use up to seven superchargers per day driving epic road trips (ZCT.Life) in harsh conditions. So my range had dropped by 85 miles, and I didn't have enough range to drive to the Yucatán without begging at Nissan dealers for j1772 in broken Español. I found TSK online, and they sold me a Y battery for a lower price than I expected. Turns out that since most people don't drive like me, there are lots of compatible batteries available. There's always a bright side. Thanks!

TSK Tesla Service were great! I had to replace the front undercarriage cover on my 2022 Tesla Model 3. They were able to take care of it right away and was cheaper than what the Tesla service had quoted me. Sophia and Sergio were awesome, very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to go to if I ever need anything done again (hopefully nothing too major). Thanks TSK Tesla Service!!!

I had a new indicator like come on titled "air suspension unable to rise" with a saggy right wheel well. I got in contact with Alex to let him know I may need to bring it in. Since Serge advised against driving it via phone update, I opted to drop it off Friday and have them assess the issue the following Monday.

On Monday, I received texts and call updates about its status and how much the estimate would be. For some reason, I thought I heard 10k over the phone but I may have mistaken that for if the car had further issues beyond a simple fix. I asked for an email with deets to review.

After giving the green light to continue, they fixed the compressor issue. However, they then found an air Leak in the strut (front passenger) area. This also needed to be changed. I got another estimate with options for that. I gave another green light and they wrapped everything up by Thursday.

When I picked up my car, it was washed, vacuumed and scented by link air freshener. Such awesome service.

As much as I'd like to not come back for car repairs, I know there will be more visits in the future as my car ages (almost 10). The awesome part, I know whatever needs that may arise, the team at TSK will take care of it. Nothing beats peace of mind and knowing they are skilled in their craft.

I got my Tesla side mirror fixed in an hour for a reasonable price. It was really great!

I have been driving my Tesla mx for a a couple of days now back from the body shop and so far so good. It took a long time to get my car back but its not TSK's fault but Tesla insurance, they took a long time to approve the work that needs to be done on my car.

I have nothing but good praises for TSK, they were professional and actually went the extra mile to make my car whole again. They provided me with a loaner car while my care is getting fixed. I appreciate that.

Second time coming here for two different Teslas--we highly recommend this place!
This time, Tesla quoted us an insane amount to fix issues after a software update.. TSK took care of all the issues and others they found while working on our older M3.

Such an amazing place to take care of your Tesla. I had an issue with my trunk that wouldn't open. It was a broken mount piece. Other place offered to change the whole trunk lid but the guys at TSK fixed it under one hour. I was surprised how experienced a team was. It was not my first time there. I also fixed my Porsche after an accident. That's the only place I can trust.

I found TSK on Yelp since my Model X falcon door latch broke/failed to close and Tesla service's earliest appointment was 2 weeks out and $$$$. I drive into work everyday, so having my car be operational and safe to drive is a necessity for me.

TSK offered to look at my car the same day that I called in to ask if they would perform this type of repair (lots of repair shops I called do NOT service Teslas). Once there, I waited for them to diagnose which took another 20 minutes (even though I already told them what it was - I researched to see if I could DIY it). They gave me a price quote and also time quote dependent on the day the part would be delivered.

I agreed and within 4 days, my car door was fixed. When I checked the falcon doors before I drove off, they weren't opening fully when parked outside - which is weird. The owner had his mechanic come out to check it right away and assured me that it would reset after I drove a certain speed and if not, to bring the car back to them. Needless to say - it reset on it's own! 🙂 THANK YOU, TSK!

p.s. They are a Tesla auto body repair shop and also do custom work. They did this repair as a favor and it saved me time and money.

Amazing people. They repaired my car twice and provided me with a Loaner Tesla both times. Sergio and Sofia are very nice and helped me greatly. They always do a great job and they are Tesla certified. They were even able to help me save money on my deductible. I love this company. Highly recommend.

Took my Tesla to TSK for collision repair, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, communicative, and treated my car with great care. They walked me through every step of the process and even helped coordinate with the other party's insurance, which made things so much easier. When I picked up my car, the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them.

But what really impressed me were the extras: they polished all four rims and even noticed a cracked plastic panel on the driver's seat, which they fixed without me askinG, just because they take pride in their work and care about the customer.

The repair itself? Perfect. My car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. Actually, it looked better than when I first purchased the vehicle! You can tell TSK knows Teslas inside and out.

Phenomenal is an understatement. These guys and gals do outstanding work on Teslas and truly fight for every penny with insurance. They took a huge weight off my shoulders by handling all the back-and-forth with the insurance company. You can tell they really know Teslas, and I'd 100% recommend bringing your car here instead of a Tesla Collision Center. You'll get better service, quicker answers, and faster turnaround--not to mention a free EV rental without the usual rental car headaches. Everyone here is not only super capable, but also genuinely friendly (and yes, easy on the eyes too!). I'll be coming here for anything and everything Tesla-related from now on.
